My name is Susan Macfarlane and I run Jewels by Susan from my little studio in Edinburgh.
My love of all things sparkly fuelled my desire to create my own jewellery. For me, nothing beats the feeling of making something that I love and it is an honour to create pieces that other people will enjoy.
I like experimenting with new materials and textures. I use a lot of Swarovski crystals, Sterling silver and freshwater pearls in my designs as they are so elegant and timeless. I also enjoy working with fabric beads as they are great fun, eye-catching and cheer up any outfit.
