Damaged Goods
* All items leaving us are inspected prior to dispatch
* Should goods be found to be damaged upon receipt, we will happily replace them or offer a full refund on both the item/s and the postage and packaging cost incurred by the customer.
* Any claims for damaged goods must be received by us within 48 hours of the delivery* of the goods.
* Items ordered from one of Little Bumpkins sellers, that need to be returned, must be handled by the seller in question. If there is no returns policy on our sellers page, please email info at littlebumpkins.co.uk and we will pass on the sellers contact details ASAP.
Personalised Goods
Sorry, we do not accept returns on personalised goods as these items have been made to order. All goods inspected prior to dispatch.
Returned Goods
*Goods must be returned to us within fourteen days of delivery.
To return goods we ask you to e-mail info@littlebumpkins.co.ukĀ stating the reasons you wish to return the goods. We will then send to you a returns number and a returns form.
*All returned goods must be received by us in an unused state, all associated packaging must be in perfect condition. If the goods are returned in an unfit condition as stated above then we will not refund the goods and they will be returned in the state in which they have been received by us.
* On receipt of the goods and necessary forms we will immediately start the refund process. Your postage on the returned goods will only be refunded if the products were received by you, and were found to be faulty.
* The refund will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.
* For your own protection we advise that goods returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery quoting your Returns Number. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods returned to us by Royal Mail standard delivery.
* Delivery is deemed to be the first date which the Post Office delivered or tried to deliver the goods.
The above does not affect your customer statutory rights.
